Annett Bone - Inspired by Dance



Annett Bone returned to her passion for dance after giving it up for over 20 years and she's constantly putting herself in uncomfortable situations so that she can grow.

She believes that it's never too late to pursue your passions whether it's dance or something else and that you can accomplish great things from where you are and you can start with what you have.


Annett's wise words on the show:- "Emotional strength to me means honouring who you already are inside and honouring the unique processes and the journey that you have to go through. Realising that you have everything that it takes within you to overcome.

It's just a matter of finding what that is for you and how you can access that and that's different for everyone and that is okay. Because if it doesn't look like strength to someone else then it's not for them to judge.

I think you know when you are able to use that emotional strength that's already within you simply because you're human and the things that all humans have to go through. We need to be more honouring and less judgemental on ourselves and others when it comes to that."

Annett is the host and creator of the Dancepreneuringstudio podcast featuring conversations with people who love to dance whether they're professional dancers and choreographers or people have just given up on their dreams but want to be inspired and get back into their passion.

With so many of us secretly holding on to dreams that never come to light this episode is an encouragement to take that first step. You never know where it might take you.
